How do I join the beta?

Email us at hello@matnotes.eu and we'll send you an invite. You'll install the app through Apple's TestFlight app.

I didn't get the confirmation email

Check your spam or junk folder. It comes from MatNotes. If the link says it has expired, try signing in anyway: some mail apps open links automatically, which confirms the account before you tap it. Still stuck? Email us.

Where are my videos and photos stored?

In your private cloud storage in the EU, tied to your account. Only you can see them. The app compresses clips before upload and keeps a cache on your phone for fast replay. See the privacy policy.

Can the app delete the originals from my Photos?

Yes, if you want it to. Turn on Account → Remove originals from Photos. After a clip is uploaded, iOS asks you to confirm the deletion.

Does it work offline?

Yes, for adding techniques, notes and clips. They sync automatically when you're back online.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Account → Delete Account. This permanently erases your account, all your content and all uploaded media.

Is it free?

Yes, during the beta.
